Financial Management Association

Welcome to the New Jersey City University Financial Management Association Page!
The NJCU FMA chapter aims on providing students with a hands-on experience in finance related activities.
Who We Are
Our university chapter provides tours to big financial companies and organizations, like the New York Stock Exchange and the Federal Reserve, we have Panel Discussions with speakers from esteemed companies, and most importantly, we focus on our members! We make sure our members are greatly benefited from joining. We help our members gain interview skills and resume writing skills, we create networking opportunities for our members, and we make sure our members get the most they can throughout their college experience. In addition to what we have in the NJCU FMA chapter, the FMA organization overall provides meaningful experiences and opportunities to all FMA members nationwide.
“Established in 1970, the Financial Management Association International (FMA) is a global leader in developing and disseminating knowledge about financial decision making. Our FMA Officers

As the Chapter President of the Financial Management Association (FMA), my focus is on what this organization was built for: giving students real, hands-on experience in the field of finance. Whether it’s through workshops, guest speakers, networking opportunities, or practical projects, our goal is to help members bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. Finance is always evolving, and FMA is here to make sure students are prepared to navigate it with confidence. I’m excited to continue building a space where curious, motivated individuals can develop their skills, make valuable connections, and take meaningful steps toward their careers.

As the Vice President of the Financial Management Association (FMA), I am committed to promoting our goals by ÃÛÌÒtving the President in facilitating financial activities, encouraging change, and embracing a successful society of financial experts.

As the Secretary of the Financial Management Association (FMA), I am dedicated to conducting all correspondence with chapter members and the FMA office. By managing records and facilitating seamless communication, I contribute to our chapter’s success by promoting organizational efficiency and fostering a strong network of future finance professionals.

As the Director of Marketing for the Financial Management Association (FMA), I focus on creating strategic and engaging campaigns that highlight our chapter’s initiatives. I enjoy finding creative ways to connect students with opportunities in finance, increase engagement, and grow our community. My goal is to make finance more accessible and exciting for everyone involved.

As a beginner member of the Financial Management Association (FMA), I am excited to learn the fundamentals of financial management and gain hands-on experience through various events and workshops. Being part of FMA allows me to connect with fellow students and professionals, enhancing my understanding of key financial concepts such as budgeting, investing, and financial analysis. This experience is helping me build a strong foundation for a future career in finance while providing valuable networking opportunities to grow my knowledge and skills in the field.
