This Year's Theme: Breaking Through Barriers
“Breaking Through Barriers” is about recognizing and dismantling the obstacles that limit access to leadership while embracing the unique strengths that come from our experiences, communities, and ambitions.
This conference challenges the status quo, redefines success on our own terms, and empowers students to lead boldly in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. Whether it’s overcoming self-doubt, navigating unfamiliar spaces, breaking into competitive industries, or transforming passions into sustainable careers, this experience will provide the strategies, connections, and confidence needed to break through and build lasting legacies.

Conference Thrift Shop – Address clothing insecurity while also getting fresh with an in-conference Thrift Shop. Low cost items and free gear will be offered.
The Cypher Room – Bring your lyrics, vocals and bars to the Cypher Room. Our PIII club will host this space for you to express and record your special performance.
Drone Workshop – Join us for this hands-on drone experience. Learn flight basics, safety, and real-time practice to elevate your skills.
Boxing Training Session – Learn some basic boxing techniques and skills from our very own Boxing Trainer.
Live Paint Session – Watch our live painter create art right in front of your eyes. You’ll also get a chance to create your own masterpiece with our giant canvas.
Free Headshots – Schedule a session for some free professional headshots.
Free Henna Art – Express your creativity and celebrate with us with this temporary body art tradition.
Croc Decorating Station – Get some customized Jibbetz at our station to decorate your Crocs.
Build your Own Beat – Join members of our PIII club as they teach you how to produce your own original beat.
The Loft Library – Get access to free leadership books and other books of interest.

Tickets are FREE for NJCU Students and $5 for Guests.
All attendees should make it a point to dress in business casual (comfortable) attire at this year’s conference.
