The Center for Student Persistence and Success promotes student growth through the following areas within the university:
- Leadership Honor Society - Join today to gain all the tools needed to enhance your skills outside of the classroom, future careers and overall skills as a leader
- Gilligan Student Union Building - At the GSUB, as our students like to call it, you’ll find many essential student services, as well as a variety of programs and events
- Greek Life
- Student Government Association - SGA is the voice of the students. Join Today!
- Clubs and Organizations -Join one of our many clubs or start your own!
- Commuter Life - a home base for students who live off campus and utilize various modes of transportation to travel to and from NJCU.
- B.I.D.E Committee (Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Committee) - BIDE is dedicated to fostering an environment that affirms and respects the diversity in our community.
- First Generation Student Center - The First-Generation Student Center at provides purposeful ÃÛÌÒtv and engaging services to create an equitable environment for first-generation students. The goal of the Center is to promote first-generation student success through learning and co-curricular experiences that cultivate a sense of belonging and encourage holistic student development.
