The Frederick Douglass Global Fellowship

Frederick Douglass Global Fellowship program explores how effective leadership can positively transform societies as they move towards balanced and equitable models of sustainable social justice. Program participants will travel to Ireland in Summer 2022 for a four-week, 3-credit study abroad program focusing on Frederick Douglass’ 1845 visit to Ireland and his search for equality and justice. The Office of Global Initiatives will ÃÛÌÒtv student applicants with assistance in preparing essays and resumes.

Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program

The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program is a U.S. Department of State program which offers a six-week summer program designed to provide undergraduate students with a deeper appreciation of current global issues and the knowledge and skills required to pursue a career in International Affairs.

NJCU is offering students interested in International Affairs an opportunity to join this prestigious but competitive and rigorous program. The Office of Global Initiatives will ÃÛÌÒtv student applicants with assistance in preparing essays and resumes.

JISU Global Village

The Global Village Mentoring Program is part of NJCU’s larger initiative to create a Global Village system of services that ÃÛÌÒtv international students' academic, cultural and professional success.  Students are assigned a peer and faculty mentor for the duration of their academic career at NJCU.
