Degree seeking students are those who wish to complete a master’s degree or doctoral degree.

*Many of our degree programs offer the option to earn a graduate certificate simultaneously and are indicated in this section. If you are interested in earning a certificate without a master’s degree, please go to the CERTIFICATE section to apply.

Certificate seeking students are those looking to advance their expertise, skills, and knowledge in a particular field, without completing a graduate degree. Graduate certificates help you stay fresh in your profession while enriching your knowledge and preparing you for the next level of your career.

*If you are currently a teacher looking for an additional teaching certificate without a master’s degree, those programs will be listed in this section. However, if you are interested in earning a teaching certificate with a master’s degree, please go to the DEGREE section to apply.

Non-degree seeking students are those who only wish to take a course or two at NJCU without working toward a graduate degree or certificate.
