The 8th Annual NJCU Pedagogy Day: Innovative Minds, Connected Futures: Exploring AI, Art, and Advocacy for Mental Health
Join us for an energetic day of inspiration, collaboration, and celebration! The NJCU Pedagogy Day unites scholars, educators, and students in vibrant exchanges on evidence-based teaching and learning practices and stories of hope.
Since 2018, the Annual NJCU Pedagogy Day has fostered resilience and hope through interdisciplinary dialogue on evidence-based teaching and best practices for lifelong learning. Now in its 8th year, Pedagogy Day continues this mission with the theme "Innovative Minds, Connected Futures: Exploring AI, Art, and Advocacy for Mental Health."
This year’s event features a powerful keynote by Ms. LaVise McCray—an organ donation advocate whose journey exemplifies Pedagogy Day’s spirit: overcoming adversity and transforming challenges into purposeful service. A special panel of diverse voices will explore AI’s role in mental health and education, reinforcing Pedagogy Day’s commitment to engaging scholars and advocates on timely and pressing issues.
All are welcome to contribute to pedagogy day’s vibrant learning community. Light refreshments will be served with networking opportunities.
