"Among the outcomes of the agreement, a mobile consulate offers to the Mexican community services such as birth certificates and passports on campus the week of Cinco de Mayo. In addition, initiatives to advance commercial relations between Mexico and New Jersey have been facilitated by the Institute resulting in high-level meetings and trips to Mexico by representatives of state agencies."
